Arlington is seeking a Deputy Town Counsel/Worker’s Comp Attorney to perform responsible administrative duties managing and directing the town’s worker’s compensation self insurance program and line-of-duty program; represents the town before courts and administrative agencies and provides a variety of legal advice to town departments; assists the Town Counsel in advising board and committee members on legal issues affecting the town; participates in a variety of other litigation matters and all other related work as required.
