The city of Somersworth, NH, a thriving community of over 12,000 residents and one of the state’s thirteen cities, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Public Works and Utilities department.
This vital management role is responsible for building maintenance, supervises staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and acts for the Director when absent. You’ll play a crucial part in the effective management of the Public Works and Utilities department, ensuring efficient services for the city of Somersworth.
The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of municipal public works operations, with emphasis on project management, building maintenance and supervisory experience.
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, with additional hours as required for meetings and hearings with various boards, commissions, and organizations.
Pay Range: $93,730.27 to $123,255.31 DOQ.
