The town of Hopkinton seeks a full-time Deputy Assessor.  The Deputy Assessor assumes responsibility for technical, clerical & administrative work in supporting the assessing activities of the department. Employee must work with tact & discretion, working in a collaborative and highly  public-process work environment.

Hiring Salary: $57,928 – $69,513.60 Annually, depending on qualifications. Full range up to $81,099.20. Competitive Leave and Benefits package

Associate’s degree in business or related field; experience in appraisal & assessment practices preferred; one to three years experience in real estate, appraising, sales, insurance adjusting, industrial capital asset planning & valuation or similar background; or equivalent combination of education & experience.
