The town of Wayland seeks an experienced Department Assistant to support the Wayland Council on Aging. This role serves as the first point of contact for COA calls and visitors, directs participants to programs, assists them with program registration, schedules appointments, collects program fees, performs all administrative functions for COA and processes all accounts payable/invoices. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the public, strong administrative experience and excellent customer service skills.
