The city of Somerville is in search of a Customer Service Representative (Social Media). As essential employees, the 311 Customer Service Representatives answer all incoming requests to the 311 contact center in a friendly manner, respond to routine questions and accept requests from both the general public, as well as city employees; input and/or log information received into the city’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; direct requests to the appropriate department or agency for further action; and assisting constituents with the resolution to problems, questions and concerns.
Hours: Part-Time (up to 19 hours/week)
Salary: $22 hourly
