The city of Somerville is in search of Customer Service Representatives (two openings). As essential employees, the 311 Customer Service Representatives answer all incoming requests to the 311 contact center in a friendly manner, respond to routine questions and accept requests from both the general public, as well as city employees; input and/or log information received into the city’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; direct requests to the appropriate department or agency for further action; and assisting constituents with the resolution to problems, questions and concerns.

Hours: Full-Time

Salary: $918.35 weekly + benefits
