The town of Concord is looking for a Crew Leader to provide supervision in a participatory manner of skilled and semi-skilled employees working on all phases of inspection, maintenance, and repair and installation of system infrastructure assigned within the Water and Sewer Division. Massachusetts Class B commercial driver’s license and hoisting engineer license, water operator distribution license Grade 2, within three years of hire. Incumbent is called upon to handle a significant amount of details, each varying from the other in substance and content, requiring incumbent to approach workload with flexibility.
