The town of Shrewsbury is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Inspector – Program Manager to join our dynamic Public Works team. This professional, field-focused role involves overseeing public works construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the planning and management of municipal infrastructure projects.
As a Public Works Inspector, you’ll play a vital role in keeping Shrewsbury’s infrastructure safe, efficient, and reliable. You’ll be on the front lines of a diverse and active capital program that includes construction of a PFAS water treatment plant, pump station upgrades, an aggressive road and sidewalk improvement plan coordinated with water and sewer upgrades, and the construction of a cemetery expansion with a passive recreation component. From roadway and utility construction to critical water and sewer system improvements, you’ll help ensure each project is delivered to the town’s high standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Salary Range: $68,015.78 – $90,000 annually (DOQ)
