Working under the general direction of the Assistant Town Administrator, the employee provides professional and diversified supervisory and managerial functions for the Conservation Department. Work includes providing technical direction to staff and acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies, explaining and enforcing laws and bylaws designed to conserve land and natural resources, supervising staff, conducting inspections and investigations, and administrative duties.
