Provides information and training to: city staff; board and commission members: and elected officials on Open Meeting Law (OML) requirements, Public Records Law, and Conflict of Interest Law.   Posts  meeting agendas as required by OML.  Works with city Board and Commission Staff liaisons to make sure that Open Meeting and Public Records and Conflict of Interest Laws are being complied with.  Maintains databases.  Understands and can undertake all of the functions of the City Clerk’s Office including internal and external customer service.
