Assist residents, families, and caregivers by facilitating access to social service programs and resources addressing overall wellness, financial assistance, mental health, and substance abuse. This role acts as Project Manager for ARPA-funded projects in partnership with fire/EMS, police, recreation, Council on Aging, and North Middlesex Community Cares. Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social services, social work, public health, non-profit management, or related field with two to three years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
