Want to make a real difference in the community? The town of Carlisle is seeking an exciting new Community Services Coordinator to help residents connect with resources, strengthen support for people of all ages, and expand inclusive access to Town recreation programs.

This role will serve as a key connector across town departments, schools, families, and community partners to help ensure residents receive timely, coordinated, and compassionate support. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping build a stronger, more responsive community.

The ideal candidate will be organized, approachable, and collaborative. Responsibilities include resource navigation and referral support, resident outreach and follow-up, coordination with Town departments and schools, support for caregiver and bereavement programming, assistance with the Friendly Visitor Program, and on-site support for inclusive recreation programs.

This is a full-time, benefited, non-exempt position working 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with afternoon and early evening hours generally between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Non-union pay scale, hiring range $36.01 – $36.73.
