The town of Natick seeks an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a collaborative workplace as a Community Planner. A successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the town’s newly adoption Community Preservation Act (CPA), in addition to providing professional and technical work in the areas of housing, arts and culture as outlined in Natick 2030+ (town’s master plan).

This position requires a master’s degree in planning, architecture, construction management, public administration, social work, public policy, project management, or a related field. In addition to a minimum of two years of experience in municipal government, housing, planning and development, community development, and/or project management.

The Community Planner is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) position with a salary range between $60,000-$85,000 and full benefits.
