Concord Recreation seeks an energetic and talented Community Engagement Manager. They will be responsible for engaging the community with the organization’s mission, vision, and projects/events. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field; plus, four or more years of progressively responsible experience in community engagement, outreach, planning, or development; at least three years of marketing experience; preferred experience in municipal, government, or nonprofit sectors, with knowledge of Concord, MA, and local organizations.
