Under the general supervision of the Human Services Director, the Community Engagement Coordinator supports the Human Services Department by combining administrative, programmatic, and outreach responsibilities to ensure town services and initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and equitable. Qualified applicants will have a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or related field; and one to three years of increasingly responsible related experience in human services, community work, or diversity and inclusion efforts, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Anticipated hourly range: $30.47 – $34.77.
