The Finance Department is looking for a part-time (25 hours per week) customer service and detail oriented candidate. The qualified candidate will provide administrative and financial support to the department, including collections and reconciliation.

Duties:

  • Processes high volume of town revenues, including committed real estate, personal property, water/motor vehicle payments, and local receipts.
  • Provides information and assistance to taxpayers regarding real estate, motor vehicle, water, and personal property bills; and to employees regarding benefits and employment.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced training or associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one to three years’ office or business/banking experience required;
    municipal experience preferred.
