The town of Acushnet is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of full-time Director of the Council on Aging. The Director performs responsible technical work in providing services to the seniors of Acushnet, as well as their families. The COA Director develops, implements and manages programs and events that enable aging-in-place, healthy living, and vital social and intellectual engagement exercises in collaboration with the Council on Aging. Position is a union position. Annual salary, $62,500 – $65,000 DOQ. Applications will be received at the Town Administrator’s Office, 122 Main St., Acushnet, MA 02743 until position is filled.
