Description: benefits-eligible position (up to 30 hours per week). This position is responsible for developing climate change mitigation and adaptation policy and implementation plans for adoption by the Select Board and administration. The coordinator will also communicate and coordinate with state and local climate agencies, boards and committees, residents, municipal staff, and business owners.

Salary: compensation range: $29.92 (Step A)-$39.03 (Step J) per hour, starting pay depending on qualifications, plus $2,500 sign-on bonus. This position is FLSA non-exempt.
