The position performs a variety of administrative & clerical duties centered around elections, City Council, & vital records.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recording, indexing & storage of birth/death/marriage record
  • Receive marriage intentions and prepare marriage licenses
  • Register voters & assist in election preparation;
  • Prepare daily deposit of departmental receipts for the Treasurer’s department
  • Post & maintain records of all public meetings
  • Receive and process claims against the city;
  • Assist in annual renewal of dog licenses;

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
