EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION

The city of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for a Civil Rights Investigator for the Investigations Division within the Executive Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Under the direction of the Lead Investigator, the position will perform complex administrative investigations into allegations of employee misconduct against city employees and reported by city employees, residents, and other individuals who interact with city employees. This highly confidential position plays a vital role in promoting justice, equity, inclusiveness, and accessibility by enforcing and promoting the city of Worcester’s workplace anti-discrimination policies.

SALARY: $75,199 – $98,283 annually, full-time, exempt, with excellent benefits package.
