The city of Chicopee’s Department Human Resources is seeking a Chief HR Officer to engage, lead, and collaborate in the strategic development of policy, direction and coordination of human resources activities for city and school employees including, but not limited to, employment, compensation, labor relations, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, civil service, benefits, personnel action, training, and employee services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
