Job Description
Salary: $174,468 – $192,831 annually
Salary/Step increases will be awarded annually on the employee’s anniversary date and will typically begin at Step one (1).
The salary range is firm and non-negotiable.
This position is responsible, subject to the specific requirements of Chapter 324 of the Acts of 1990, particularly Sections 4 and 5, for the planning, directing, managing, and oversight of the City of Brockton’s financial activities, including accounting, auditing, assessing, treasury, and collections.
The position provides leadership and oversight of the City’s financial operations and ensures that financial activities are administered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, policies, and established municipal practices.

Status: Exempt
