The town of Westborough seeks candidates for the position of Chief Assessor to plan and direct the annual valuation of all real and personal property and oversee all other activities of the Assessing Office in accordance with applicable MGLs and town bylaws. Directly supervises three employees in the Assessors’ Office.
Qualifications include bachelor’s degree and seven to 10 years related experience; prior municipal assessing experience in a community with a large commercial/industrial tax base is highly desired.
