The town of Andover is seeking to hire a Cash Manager in the Treasurer/Collector’s Office. Under the direction of the Town Treasurer/Collector and Asst. Treasurer/Collector, the Cash Manager handles all duties related to cash guidelines established by the Treasurer, including cash flow, record keeping and manual and computerized systems for controlling cash. Additional duties include assisting with the following financial tasks: process payrolls, track health insurance appropriations, process and record payments for excise or real estate taxes, parking tickets and other items; balance payments; research problems; and provide customer service.
