The Norfolk Fire Department is accepting resumes to staff one 24-hour (42 hour average) position. Applicants will need to:

● To pass a background check performed by the Norfolk Police Department.
● To pass a Department physical and the State Human Resources physical strength and agility testing (PAT).
● Successfully complete the Recruit Firefighter Training Program at the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy.
● Sign and adhere to smoking prohibition regulations.
