The Southborough Building department seeks qualified applicants for a full-time Business Administrator that reports to the Building Commissioner. Position requires knowledge of MGL, Building/Zoning codes and office operations.

Job requirements: Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; excellent technology skills demonstrating knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and online permitting platforms. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred with three to five years of progressive administrative experience, or a related field. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be reviewed.
Compensation: Current pay range $27.32-$36.05/hour. Hiring range: $27.32-$31.38/hour.
