The town of Southborough seeks applicants for a full-time Business Administrator for a shared position between the offices of the Select Board and Treasurer/Collector. This FT [34 hours/week] benefited position requires a dynamic and diplomatic employee with excellent customer service, superior organizational & astute computer skills.

Duties: Tasks include maintaining department financials, supporting volunteer outreach and digital media, meeting preparation and administrative support to Select Board and Treasurer’s Office. Extensive interaction with the public and other co-workers. The successful candidate will possess the utmost level of confidentiality, discretion and tact as well as a penchant for public service.

Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; Three to five years of progressive administrative experience or related field; advanced experience with MS Office software and social media outlets.
