The town of Southwick invites applications for a full-time Building Inspector/Building Commissioner. This position works 40-hours a week and the salary ranges from $85,000 to $93,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the Building Department including building, electrical and plumbing inspections services. The position will enforce building codes, zoning bylaws, and other applicable regulations as well as review building plans, conduct inspections of construction and existing buildings.
