The town of Concord is seeking an energetic, team-oriented, self-starter to join our Facilities team as a Building Custodian. This is an opportunity to have a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives by performing cleaning and basic maintenance of public buildings and grounds (not schools) to ensure safe, clean and sanitary facilities.
Position requires equivalent to a high school education and 1 year of related experience, good communication and basic computer skills. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle during workday,
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Starting salary range: $25.50 to $30.47 per hour, starting pay rate depending on qualifications, plus paid leave, health, dental, and vision insurance, and pension benefits. This is a full-time position.
