The town of Halifax is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officer. This is a management position that oversees the issuance of required permits applicable to building construction; reviews plans for zoning compliance and serves as enforcement officer for the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. This position has the ability of an optional four day work week.
Pay rate: $69,855-$79,617 per year (Grade 11).
