The Lincoln Public Library is seeking qualified applicants for the part-time position (20 hours/week) of Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include accounts payable, payroll, and corresponding reports. Maintain single-entry financial records; post all expenditures and receipts. Also perform clerical duties. Attend Board, committee or other meetings as requested to record minutes. The applicant should have the ability to keep accurate, organized, and detailed records, work under pressure, work independently, and exercise good judgment and initiative. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Hourly range DOQ $25.91-$32.83, plus benefits.
