The city of Framingham seeks qualified candidates for the position of Benefits Manager. The Benefits Manager will perform administrative and supervisory duties related to the daily operations of the Human Resources Benefits Department. This role administers and coordinates medical, dental, retiree and other insurance benefits for city, school employees, and retirees.

Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in a business or related field, five-plus years of benefits or HR Administration experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
