The town of Danvers welcomes applications for the full-time benefitted position of Benefits Coordinator in the Human Resources Office. This position performs highly confidential and semi-complex administrative tasks in recording and maintaining accurate benefits information for municipal and school employees as well as retirees.
This is a non-union position, works 35 hours per week, with a pay scale range starting at $69,147.26 to the max step at $85,742.57 annually.
Desired qualifications include associate degree and three to five years of Human Resources experience, municipal office experience; experience with Munis and/or Admins is strongly preferred advanced with computers and Microsoft Office, and a valid drivers license required.
