The town of Franklin seeks a Benefits Coordinator. This is a newly created position that will serve as the primary contact for all benefits related activities. The Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for operational and transactional tasks associated with benefits management including the provision of day to day maintenance and support of employee benefit records for town, school, and retired employees.

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $70,000

35 hours per week

8 a.m. – 4 p.m.; 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Wednesdays; 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Fridays.
