Under direction of the Treasurer, reconciles accounts, prepares treasury entries, and analyzes controls. Assists with creation and updating of processes/procedures for the receipt of money, electronic payments, and collection of all taxes due to the city. Oversees administrative duties and key functions for the department, including personnel oversight, scheduling, and the payroll process. Coordinates and provides direction to staff on all water, real estate, personal property, motor vehicle excise, and other bill creation and distribution, including, the verification and approval of bill backings, inserts, and other items. Assists with other tasks assigned by the Treasurer.
