The town of Danvers welcomes applicants for the Full-Time Assistant Town Clerk position in the Town Clerk’s department.
In this key support role, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the Town Clerk’s department and guide the team to make sure everything is running smoothly. You will work closely with the Town Clerk to ensure top-notch service, proper maintenance of official municipal records, and assist the public with everything from birth certificates to ballots. Expect your days to be packed with variety, purpose and a chance to connect with people. Schedule and Pay Information: This position works 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Non-Union pay scale starting at $74,419.80 with the ability to move through the pay scale via step system to a maximum of $92,280.24. Hiring range DOQ.
