The town of West Boylston is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Town Clerk.

Duties: Assists in the receipt, recording and maintenance of all official public records, provides town departments with public record information, assists with elections, town census, town meetings, recording and issuing of certified copies of births and deaths.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, one to three years of experience in a related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Certification as a Notary Public preferred. The position is up to 32 hours per week, at an hourly wage of $21.55-$24.39 (Grade E), depending on qualifications.
