The town of Westwood invites applications for the position of Assistant Town Administrator/Finance Director to serve as chief financial administrator of the town and member of the Executive Leadership Team. The ATA/Finance Director will perform highly technical, administrative, and supervisory work in the administration of the town’s financial management, including planning, analysis and implementation. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound financial management skills and provide financial coordination for the Accounting, Treasurer, Collector, and Assessor Offices. Requires excellent public relations, organizational, planning and supervisory skills; excellent decision making, public speaking and training skills.

FT position, annual base salary range of $116,458 – $145,441 DOQ. Additional compensation may be available for the successful candidate whose experience exceeds the minimum. Westwood offers a robust benefits package and generous time off allowances.
