The town of Whitman seeks qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Town Administrator to provide professional, administrative and supervisory work assisting the Town Administrator with the daily supervision over a variety of ongoing town activities. Successful candidate will serve as procurement officer and lead staff member in identifying grant opportunities for the town. Additionally, the Assistant Town Administrator will serve as the primary contact for the town’s human resource functions. The Assistant Town Administrator reports to the Town Administrator.
