The town of Medfield seeks a proactive and highly organized candidate to provide professional administrative and operational support to the Town Administrator. While this position involves a variety of clerical tasks, it also allows for participation in high-level decision-making, legislative research, risk management, and special project support and development. Ideal candidate will be collaborative, forward-thinking, and a self-starter with a degree in public administration/policy, business administration, or related field with three to five years of administrative experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
This is a full-time, exempt position, hiring range $72,000 to $85,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Position remains open until filled.
