Brookline seeks an Assistant Recreation Director to play a vital role in planning, coordinating and implementing a diverse range of programs and events that enrich the lives of our community members. Plans and directs staff performance; assists the Director in the implementation of goals, objectives and policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in recreation, leisure service and/or management; and five years related recreation experience, including experience in management, supervision, planning, budgeting, etc. Certification as a park and recreation professional required, and a valid driver’s license.
