Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, assist on matters involving municipal facilities of the town and school, and assist with planning, organizing, implementing all aspects of department operations, inclusive of: building maintenance, plumbing, heating, electric, grounds & fields, and facilities management. Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, manage and coordinate the implementation of capital, ARPA, and other funded building infrastructure projects.
