The purpose of this position within the Health and Human Services department is to protect, promote and sustain the health, harmony and wellbeing of all Newton residents in a culturally sensitive, customer-friendly manner, with a focus on prevention. The Department is organized into five different divisions: Environmental Health, School Health, Public Health and Education, Emergency Preparedness, and Social Services. This position helps manage the total school health services program providing nursing leadership within the school system. This is a full-time position, hiring salary range: $101,276-$110,739 annually plus yearly step increases, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to be a part of our team of dedicated public servants.
