In partnership the Human Resources Director (HRD), the Assistant Director will called upon to build and maintain strong institutional relationships in order to effectively serve their portfolio clients in the areas of organizational design and development, change management, recruitment and retention, training and development, staff engagement, performance management, and diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Full Time/Benefited/Non-union
Position will start at Step II – $71,329 (8-step position, increase received annually, maxed at $95,467)
