The town of Danvers welcomes applicants to join our Council on Aging team. The Assistant Director is responsible for assisting in the provision of social services to all residents in need within the town of Danvers. The Assistant Director communicates to all town residents about available programs, and measures program success through appropriate statistics and documentation. This position is highly involved with the Danvers People to People Food Pantry program.

This position works 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Pay scale starting at $62,376, with the ability to move through the pay scale via step system to a maximum of $76,007. Hiring range DOQ.
