PRIMARY DUTIES: With minimal supervision, the incumbent of this position conducts the administration and observation of construction work associated with public works improvements. Acts as project manager and designer of small-scale engineering projects and performs related work as required. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or civil engineering technology plus training in CADD, GIS software systems, confined space entry, hazmat, and asbestos. Minimum three to five years of relevant work experience is required. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Must be proficient in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and all other software and hardware necessary to do this job. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
