The town of Andover seeks an experienced treasurer or collector to join its innovative finance team as an Assistant Collector/Treasurer. Reporting to the Collector/Treasurer, this position performs professional administrative and management duties in the town Treasurer’s Office including: billing and collections of taxes and other revenues, the custody and disbursement of funds, investment and borrowing of monies, reconciliation of monthly bank statements and receivables, preparation of fiscal reports, and all other related work as required.
