The city of Lowell is seeking qualified, experienced, and energetic candidates for the position of Assistant Collector within the Treasurer’s Office. This position reports to the Treasurer and is responsible for supervision of the staff that collects parking tickets, real estate, personal property and motor vehicle excise taxes and other municipal revenue; Ensures the accuracy of the city’s receivable systems, including refund controls, lock box services and tax services. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with three to five years related work experience. The salary ranges from $ 66,146.60 (min) to $74,384.44 (max) annually; 37.5 hours per week.
