Administrative, technical and manual work assisting in managing the maintenance, repair, renovation and construction of town buildings and facilities. Bachelor’s degree in facility management; more than five years’ experience in building and facilities operations, maintenance and construction programs in commercial, industrial or municipal setting; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
