The town of Randolph is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Assessor/Data Collector.
Applicants shall possess an associate degree in business administration or related field, including extensive appraisal education; more than three years of real and personal property appraisal experience, including the use of a computer assisted mass appraisal system. Some supervisory experience required; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid motor vehicle operator’s license is required. Massachusetts Accredited Assessor (MAA) professional designation a plus. Applicant should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
